I'm a NEW Member... How Do I Register?

Step 1 - Secure Website Access

• NEW members without an existing profile should click on "Sign Up Now" button below to create a new user profile
• once approved, you will receive an email with a temporary password  you will be able to access the secure website

Step 2 - First Log In

• When you log in to the website with your username (created in previous step) and temporary password that was emailed to you, please review and update all your personal information. Click on "My information" on the right under Member Menu, then the "Edit" button and "Update Your Profile".
• We also encourage you to upload your photo for the profile and to update the non-mandatory fields, such as emergency contacts, your occupation, etc.

Step 3 - Register

• the Member's Home page includes a link (ONLINE MEMBERSHIP & LEAGUE SIGN-UP) to our on-line registration tool.  Simply launch the registration tool, enter information as requested, and conclude by submitting your registration form.
• when submitting your application, you will be prompted to pay your membership fees. This can be done via e-transfer to rkcc.payments@gmail.com. Please note your name and “Annual Membership” in the e-transfer comment. This is the preferred method of payment. However you may also pay on-line via credit card.

I'm a RETURNING Member... How Do I Register?

Step 1 - Log In to website

• if you have forgotten your username and/or password, follow instructions below to find your password or username.
• When you log in to the website, please review and update all your personal information.  Click on "My Information" on the right under Member Menu, then the "Edit" button and "Update Your Profile".   You can also change your password here to something that will be more easily remembered
• We also encourage you to upload your photo for the profile and to update the non-mandatory fields, such as emergency contacts, your occupation, etc.

Step 2 - Register

• the Member's Home page includes a link (ONLINE MEMBERSHIP & LEAGUE SIGN-UP) to our on-line registration tool.  Simply launch the registration tool, enter information as requested, and conclude by submitting your registration form.
• when submitting your application, you will be prompted to pay your membership fees. Fees may be paid via credit card or e-transfer to rkcc.payments@gmail.com. It is important to please note your name and “Annual Membership” in the e-transfer comment.

How Can I Change My Password?

For most users, the RKCC system user ID is simply your first and last names separated by an underscore e.g. Jane_Doe. However, it may be difficult to remember your password (as the initial password was system generated). Here are the steps to change your password to something that you find easier to remember:

1. Log into the RKCC Website
2. Under Member Menu | Member Information, select My Information link
3. Click the Edit button in the upper left and then select Update Your Profile
4. Click the User Info tab, enter your Current Password and a new Password in the boxes provided (passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain lower and upper-case letters, numbers and special signs - no spaces)
5. Click the Update button at bottom of tab to save your new password
6. Log out and back in again with new password

How Can I Change My Email Address?

If you would like to change the email address that is in the RKCC database, here are the steps:

1. Log into the RKCC Website
2. Under Member Menu | Member Information, select My Information link
3. Click the Edit button in the upper left and then select Update Your Profile
4. Click the User Info tab, replace your old email with your new Email
5. Click the Update button at bottom of tab to save your new email

How Can I Find My Password if I Don't Remember It?

1. Click the Forgot Login? button under the Member Login section
2. Check the Lost Password checkbox
3. Enter your RKCC username
4. Enter your E-mail address (the one on the RKCC database)
5. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox
6. Click the Send Password button
7. You should receive an email with a new system-generated password. Use this to login.
8. You can then reset your password using "How Can I Change My Password" instruction above

How Can I Find My RKCC Username?

1. Click the Forgot Login? button under the Member Login section
2. Check the Lost Username checkbox
3. Enter your E-mail address (the one on the RKCC database)
4. Click the I'm not a robot checkbox
5. Click the Send Username button
6. You should receive an email with your RKCC Username. Use this to login.
7. You can change your Username by following the "How Can I Change My Email Address" instruction above but instead replacing the Username with your new username 

How Can I Find The Email Address or Phone Number for Another RKCC Member?

1. Click the Member Search menu option toward the bottom of the Members Menu

2. Enter your search criteria (e.g., first part of person's last name)

3. Click Search

4. You will see a list of members matching your search criteria

5. You will see phone numbers for these members

6. Click Email checkbox at the right to send an email to a member

7. Click the "Email All Selected" button

8. You will then see a window to enter your email subject and body text

9. Press "Send Your Email" when you are done entering your email. This will send the email to everyone you selected in your search.

10. You can also find email, rating and phone numbers for a member by selecting Member Roster under Member Menu down right hand side of page.
